Does Starbucks do free refills?
Did you know Starbucks offers FREE refills when you order “for here” inside? Your hot or cold beverage order will be served in a coffee mug, glass, or a clean reusable personal cup you provide.
The free refills are available for hot and iced brewed coffee and tea during the same store visit at participating stores. Cold Brew and Nitro Cold Brew, Iced Tea Lemonade, flavored Iced Tea, and Starbucks Refreshers base are excluded. Note that our local Starbucks barista told us that your first “for here” beverage order can be anything – and that you could then ask for the hot or iced coffee or tea as your free “refill.”
You can also get refills of brewed hot or iced coffee or tea at Target Starbucks locations! It must be during the same visit and you cannot have left the store in order to score the refills. You’ll also need to show your Starbucks Rewards app or card.

Does anyone know if Chai tea is included?
Good question, Brigette! After speaking with my location, it seems that chai tea would not qualify for a free refill, as the tea options are limited to plain/non-specialty teas. Hope this helps!
I see it says cold brew is excluded now- it’s always been included so they must have change it 😕 I always get my refill on my Target trips
