None of these Amazon gift card deals work for me. “The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.” Doesn’t work for Starbucks, Lowes or any of the other gift card deals Amazon offers and I am a Prime member. Last year I called customer service and they issued me a credit. If it’s worth your time that does work.

SO sorry about that, Janina. I did find the offer to apply in my order summary, even when getting the message that the code couldn’t be applied, if you wanted to double check. You could also reach out to customer service. It seems some have been able to get help that way. 💞 In addition, switching to desktop if using a mobile device may do the trick.

Yeah it’s ridiculous. I guess it’s a great way to get people that don’t pay attention to if it’s applying or not and then don’t want to bother calling later. It’s always the same with them. Customer service had no idea why it wasn’t working either. The first person told me to call Starbucks lol.

Thank you, this worked for me. I’m on a desktop and I also saw the promo listed on the gift card page when I went to select the value of the Starbucks card. After entering the code on the checkout page, you will see something like “$10 promotion” in red on the right-hand side of the page… that was confirmation that the code worked. I get nervous when I don’t see that! Good luck, everyone!

With this type of promotion I have found that the credit… in this case $10… comes off the next item you buy from Amazon. It has always worked that way for me and I have never had a problem getting the credit.
