I won a free drink! Thanks so much! That’s going to make my morning tomorrow.
This may be obvious to everyone younger than me (lol) but this won’t work on the website, only on the app. On the website, all I got was a repeated error message.
Yay! Enjoy your free drink, Lisa! Thanks for the heads up on how it is working best for you!
l don’t see the game in the Starbucks app.
So sorry. Maybe try switching to desktop view. It seems that has been helpful for others. Hoping that does the trick! ❤️
I won a free drink! Now how do I redeem it? I don’t see anything in the app / my account ~ does anyone know where to find this?
Congrats on the win, Suzanne! 🎉 It looks like it could take up to 24 hours for the freebie to show up in your Starbucks account that you used to sign-in for the game with. 💕
I won Stars as a prize in Instant Win game but didn’t receive them. What should I do?
It can take up to 24 hours for Stars to show up in your account. If it has been longer than 24 hours, then please visit https://customerservice.starbucks.com/app/contact/ask_rewards/session/L3RpbWUvMTQ3NzkzNzk5MS9zaWQvYmNOaWN2Mm4%3D.
I couldn’t find it either at first. After I put the drink in the cart then I found it as a payment option on the last screen.
Thank you!
