Here’s what they shared with me – “To qualify for the $10 Target Circle reward, the college wish list must be created after the offer starts. Existing verified accounts can participate by creating a new list during the promotion period.”
If she created the list after the offer started and still hasn’t received the $10, maybe reach out to customer service to see if they can look into that further for you! ❤️
