I spotted one of my family’s favorites, Brain Games Team3 Board Game, included in this sale for only $13.99 (regularly $19.99), and I had to share!
This party game needs only three players, but it’s just as fun to watch as it is to play, so it’s great for a group or holiday party! It’s a cooperative game that requires players to work together to build 3D structures with the included plastic pieces and the blueprint design cards, but there’s a big twist – one player can’t talk, one can’t see, and one can’t speak. 😳
The player building can’t see (we blindfold them in my house) and can only be guided on what to build by the player in the middle who can’t see the design card, but is allowed to speak. The player who can see the blueprint design card can’t speak, so they have to use hand signals to guide the player in the middle. It’s a fun challenge for all three players and SO funny for everyone watching! If you have a group, you just rotate players.
You can choose from Pink or Green versions of this game at this low price. Both are essentially the same, but have different mini expansions that you can add for extra difficulty.

We got this for our 9-year-old niece as a Christmas gift. When we were opening gifts, we planned time to play this. It’s simple to start, but the instructions take a couple of reads to make sure you have it all correct in your head.
The ‘easy’ stack actually can prove to be quite challenging, so we stayed on that most of the night. We ignored the timer element. After a few rounds, it was apparent we weren’t going to make it happen in the time listed in the rules.
After a few rounds, you get the hang of certain slang or expressions to use that help the builder. It’s hilarious to watch others try, and it’s hard to keep quiet when they make an error. Due to the age of our niece, we did interject a couple of times to help keep the entire evening from going off the rails.
There was a storm during the game, which knocked out power for several hours. We were having so much fun we played by flashlight!
I do team building and training for a living, and think this game has great application when working with teams to help people understand rolls, communication, using the right words for the project, etc. I’ll be purchasing another to use in my training tool kit!
