Plus, there’s no contract, no added fees, and you can even reconfigure your plan at any time! To make any changes to your plan, simply log into your account to change or cancel your plan.
Does Tello offer family plans?

Used this service for almost a year, I will say they were good for a bit but my phone started having issues, after I got a new phone I realized it was the provider itself, I wasn’t receiving picture messages or any messages from my group texts for weeks. Finally got ahold of an agent in the chat and after the basic “fixes” they gave me I had already tried prior, they were not able to fix the service issue, they accused me of receiving picture messages (called me a liar) and still were unable to fix the problem. I switched to visible that day. Same price, wayyyyyyy better customer service. I did keep tello for my school aged daughters basic flip phone and do recommend them for that but only the $8 basic plan.
