Even better, Target, Sephora, and Sephora at Kohl’s may even match some of ULTA’s prices during the 21 Days of Beauty sale! If shopping at Target, you can even score free shipping with a Target Red Card. If shopping at Sephora, shipping is free with a Beauty Insider account (free to join)!
Hip Tip: Be sure to check your e-mail, as Ulta usually sends out coupons during this sale! Look for the subject “$15 OFF (including prestige) 👉 Our way of saying thank you”. While the 21 Days of Beauty items are usually excluded, you may be able to save on other items on your wish list.

Shipping is free on orders of $49+, otherwise, shipping starts at $8.95. OR opt for free in-store pickup if available at a store near you.
Target
Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. You may also be able to opt for free in-store pickup if items are in stock and available near you.
If you're a Target RedCard holder, you'll get an additional 5% off your order plus free shipping on any size order! However, exclusions do apply and orders for RedCard holders may require the $35+ shipping threshold.
