THIS IS PERFECT FOR ME! I work remotely and am at my desk 8-10 hours a day, and my legs get heavy, and sometimes my feet swell after a while. This small machine works better for me than the walking pad and is less disruptive and noisy. I wish I had bought this before I bought my walking pad; I haven’t used it for my desk space since I bought this. Sidebar- I burn about 1000 calories a day at the desk with this (16 cycles of the 1st preset program, which is 15 minutes, burns 63.2 calories). Most importantly, it’s easy to type, talk, and cycle all at once! …..My son even moves it from my desk and uses it while he watches TV. This is a great buy!!!!

I love my elliptical, very smooth motion, fits nicely under a desk but I moved it into my bedroom, very low noise level, came assembled only thing to attach is the cord. Very easy assembly, and great workout quality. I love it. Variations of speed and also has a manual option as well!
