I was hesitant to get a newer version vs. jumping on eBay and getting an old one from the 80s/90s (whenever it was). This is actually a great build of the product, and it’s a fun alternative when you are used to playing Scrabble. We like word games and this helps break things up in a logical, familiar and fun way.

Much easier and less stressful than Scrabble — does not rely so much on luck and all skill levels can play. It’s fun and also fast — great for kids with limited attention spans. I recommend that each parent and grandparent have a set in their house.

I was never really a fan of Scrabble, but I figured I would give this game a chance to play with the kids. It’s an easy game to understand, and you don’t have to have read the dictionary to have a chance of winning. The addition of stacking letters to change words already on the board made this game that much different and more fun to play than scrabble.
