In a recent press release, Krysten Kauder, founder of Candier by Ryan Porter, said, “Getting the wax pickles to look like they’re floating in clear liquid was really tough. So, everything had to be done by hand, including the placement of the pickles and pouring of the wax. After lots of rounds of research and testing, our team nailed it and produced a 100% wax candle that looks and smells like a jar of Vlasic pickles.”

After learning first hand what burning candles does to the air and air filter in your home, I won’t burn candles at all
What does it do? I’m curious.
Well most are petroleum based which is terrible for your lungs and the air..Google ‘what does candles do to my furnace filter’ and you will see how bad it is. I learned this the hard way. After 2 weeks of burning candles my furnace filter was black, I wish I could post the picture.
Plus I have since learned unless its soy or essential oil, candles release carcinogens which cause cancer. But I have breathing problems already, so after I seen my filter, I knew that’s not good quality air for me to be breathing in. I will nvr buy another candle.

Snuffing candles (instead of blowing them out) will significantly lower the amount of particle pollution from candles in your home. I work in air quality.
