I never get my print out whenever I do online orders. I walk inside to pick up but I have not gotten a printout for over a year. Even when I make instore purchases they don’t give me any rewards they automatically send my receipt electronically. What am I doing wrong?

I’m not sure but I’m guessing that you are not getting printed cash register receipts. You can change that in your settings for your in-store purchases. If you are using the app look for your initials in the top right-hand corner and press it. Then look for “notifications and settings” menu. Next look for “email” and pop that menu open. Then look for “ digital receipts only” and make sure that is toggled off.
Now for the store pickups the bad news is that Walgreens’ policy is that it is digital receipts only. However you may be able to get around this by not letting Walgreens know you are coming through your app or text messages, go into the store and ask that they use the cash register and not the standalone scanner. There are no guarantees but most of the time it works for me. Others say their store won’t do it. I apologize if I misunderstood your question and send you my best.
