For online and pharmacy orders, it may take up to 24 hours to be awarded due to account and legal verification.” If you’re not seeing them after this timeframe, be sure to log into your account, then click on Credit for missing Walgreens Cash rewards. You can also speak with a customer service representative a (855) 225-0400. 💕
So, I called the number and was told that the reward would only be 25.00 not 40.00, I told her it should be 40.00 and she said no, no such offer. Shall I wait or call back? Suggestions? It worked for others, but so far, not for me.

No, I did not use Walgreens Cash. It seems she saw the 15.00 and 10.00 coupon and assumed it was what I was asking for. I guess I will just wait, see if it goes on my account and if it doesn’t then I will return the toothbrush.

It covers Walgreens if you use Walgreens cash to pay for an order or discount codes that drop your actual cash expenditure below what Walgreens has set as a requirement. Example: spend $50 receive $15 in Walgreens cash. If I use a code like WAG10 and reduce my cash payment from $50 to $45 OOP I will not get the $15 in Walgreens cash. Similarly if the requirement is spend $50 and I use $10 in Walgreens cash to pay I will not get the $15 in Walgreens cash. Manufacturers coupons can be used with no problem but not Walgreens coupons. When Walgreens specifies a spend amount that is the amount a customer must spend in real dollars plus manufacturer’s coupons.

Thank you! I just had to do this as I only received the 10$. I just copied/pasted this and used this for the chat. They told me it was because I didn’t meet the “threshold” using the discount code (total was 44.65$). But it showed that I was getting the 40$ with the estimated wags cash.

I would talk to a customer service rep to make sure. I took a look at the Walgreens promotion terms page and it doesn’t specify how many times the earn $15 on $45 P&G select products can be used. Definitely ask Walgreens.
