Please, help. Was my first time doing online order at Walgreens , I prefer stop by the store.
I did exactly the order for the products you posted here.
My questions, when I picked up my order and I asked for the receipt, they said, the one I received in the email is my receipt, they didn’t gave me anyone.
Also, The $5 Wal Rewards I didn’t receive either, why?
    Thank you!!!

Hi there! Some have been able to grab a physical receipt with pickup. It seems to vary. Here’s what one reader recently shared with us if helpful on your next trip!
“The store rep scans the QR code on the pickup bag with the handheld scanner for checkout. This generates a QR code on the handheld device. The clerk takes the device over to a cash register connected to a printer, scans it and a customer receipt is printed. ”

As for your $5 Rewards, maybe check with customer service to look into that for you. Hoping they may be able to offer some help! 🤗

Hi, I believe this deal is an in-store only deal and will not work on a store pickup order. Not to worry though. Just explain to the manager that you didn’t get the Walgreens cash you were expecting and ask to return the items and repurchase them. Here’s the policy on the return from the Walgreens help center.
Returns for items purchased with a manufacturer’s coupon will be processed for the full price paid for the item, which includes the value of the coupon(s), using the original form of payment.
You will get a paper register rewards upon your in-store purchase.
There is no consistency on getting a register receipt on a store pickup unfortunately. If you have another Walgreens store in your area ask in advance what they do. I’m so sorry for your difficulties. If you know when you are going to Walgreens , you can possibly print off some paper manufacturer’s coupons from the P&G website as well. Best wishes
