I’ve never bought anything on woot before. Is returning an item that doesn’t fit as easy as it is with Amazon?
Hi Elizabeth! 💕 Most items purchased from Woot can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For apparel and shoes that don’t fit, you can return them in new, unworn condition with the original packaging for a full refund, with no return shipping deduction. Hoping that helps! 🤗
I don’t know about returns, but I bought a pair of running shoes from woot over a month ago and they still haven’t shipped them. It took a lot of effort to figure out how to contact customer service (email only). They said the shoes ship from a third party vendor and they’ll look into it. Still don’t have a date.
Does Hoka have wide with Tennis Shoes in Women’s size or Men?
Yes! When selecting a size, some have a “wide” option noted! Hope that helps!
How do you get the extra %20? I only see the $119 price when I’m cart
Hey Scott! Be sure to head to that final stage of checkout. The one where you can select to “place your order”. That is where I see the discount applied. Hope this helps!
