Bought an iPhone? You Could Get Up to $95 from Apple’s Latest Settlement

If you bought an iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 16, you could be eligible for a payment from Apple’s $250 Million Class Action Settlement.
The lawsuit claims Apple promoted certain Apple Intelligence and Siri features that were not available when the phones were released. While Apple denies any wrongdoing, the company has agreed to settle the lawsuit.
You may qualify if you are a U.S. resident and you purchased an eligible iPhone between June 10th, 2024, and March 29th, 2025.
Eligible devices include:
- iPhone 15 Pro
- iPhone 15 Pro Max
- iPhone 16
- iPhone 16e
- iPhone 16 Plus
- iPhone 16 Pro
- iPhone 16 Pro Max
Eligible customers are expected to receive at least $25 per qualifying device, though payments could be as high as $95 per device depending on how many valid claims are submitted.
The settlement website is not available yet, but eligible customers should receive claim instructions by email or mail when the claims process opens later this summer. The settlement still requires final court approval, and if approved, payments could begin in 2026.
If you purchased one of these eligible iPhones, keep an eye on your inbox for official claim information in the coming months. As always, watch out for scams and wait for instructions from the settlement administrator before sharing any personal information.
