Have You Purchased fairlife Milk Products? You May be Eligible for a Cash Settlement
The Coca-Cola Company, fairlife, and Fair Oaks Farms, Mike McCloskey and Sue McCloskey, and Select Milk Producers, Inc. have agreed to pay up to $21 million as part of a class action settlement. The lawsuit alleges that fairlife falsely labeled and marketed certain dairy products produced using milk from cows that were allegedly not treated humanely.
Fairlife denies these allegations and has settled this lawsuit to avoid further litigation.
Who’s included in the fairlife milk products class action settlement?
You may be entitled to a cash payment if you purchased certain fairlife milk products on or before April 27, 2022.

This is such a sad and horrible news. I have been buying this brand for years and I didn’t know anything about the video of animal cruelty in 2019. I will never buy this brand again. This is so depressing and sad, but thank you so much for letting us know about this news.
There is a podcast with Mike Rowe interviewing the owners of the farm who were horrified to find out employees had harmed their animals and the steps they took to prevent this in the future. I think it would be good to get the whole story before making a judgement.
