Family Dollar Recalls Over 430 Products Due to Improper Storage | Includes Medicine, Sunscreen, & More
Family Dollar has issued a recall of more than 430 products due to improper storage. The recall includes brands like Alka Seltzer, Bayer, Benadryl, Banana Boat, Claritin, Colgate, Crest, Dove, Old Spice, Pepcid, Listerine, Tylenol, and more. You can see the complete list of recalled products here.
The products, regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, were shipped to stores on or around May 1, 2022, through June 10, 2022, the discount retailer disclosed in a notice posted by the FDA. The products were stored at the wrong temperature prior to being shipped to stores across the U.S., causing the recall.
Family Dollar stores that received the recalled products have been notified and directed told to stop selling them.
If you purchased any of the recalled products simply return them to the Family Dollar store where you purchased them, no receipt required. Recalled products were not shipped to Family Dollar stores in Delaware.
