If you purchased pork between June 28th, 2014, and June 30th, 2018, you may be eligible for compensation for the antitrust class action lawsuit against Agri Stats, Clemens, Hormel, Seaboard, Triumph, and Tyson. The companies settled for $117.065 million to resolve claims that they conspired to limit the supply of pork and increase prices in the market. For more details, head here.

Who is included in the settlement? Anyone who purchased raw pork bacon or pork (fresh or frozen) made from bellies, loins, shoulder, ribs, or pork chops at a grocery store or super market in the following states: Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia. Find a complete list of eligible products here.

*Note that any product that was marketed as organic, no-antibiotics-ever (NAE), or any product other than bacon that was marinated, seasoned, flavored, or breaded is excluded.

How do I submit my claim?

Head to OverchargedForPork.com to submit a claim form. If you are approved and included in the settlement case, you will receive an equal share cash payment proportional to the amount of pork you purchased during that time. Claim forms must be submitted by October 29th, 2026.
