Bought Tom’s of Maine Toothpaste? You Might Qualify for a Refund (No Receipt Required!)

If you purchased Tom’s of Maine toothpaste in the U.S. between Nov. 21, 2020, and Mar. 6, 2026, you may be eligible for a payout from a $2.9 million class action settlement.
A recent lawsuit alleges that Tom’s of Maine engaged in deceptive and misleading business practices regarding the manufacturing, marketing, and sale of certain Tom’s toothpaste products. While the company denies any wrongdoing, it has agreed to the settlement to avoid further litigation and legal costs.
Submit a claim form through the official settlement website by July 6th, 2026.
To qualify, you must have purchased one or more Tom’s of Maine toothpaste products in the United States between November 21, 2020, and March 6, 2026.
If you have your receipt(s), you may be reimbursed for the full cost of up to three qualifying products per household. If you don’t have any proof of purchase, you can still file a claim for one refunded product per household.
Note that the final amount of your payout could be reduced, depending on how many other people file.
