I have this from a previous Hip2Save post and love it! I’m usually the first one in my family of 4 to go to bed at night and I can often hear the rest of my family’s activities. They aren’t necessarily loud but it still would disturb my sleep. This has helped tremendously! I now need the the micro one!

Sound machines are Good for people with anxiety. I have one at my desk and one at my bed. I use bird sounds mostly.
