LOVE this as a gift!! My son needed a Secret Santa gift and I ran across this. So much nicer for the price than a random candle or whatever you would buy for a teen girl you don’t know that well. Follow up to my order….. I had to call customer service because I had a typo on a name. I called them within 2 hrs of ordering. The rep was not very knowledgeable. I was on the phone for about 15 minutes and she disconnected. She did call back and after another 15 minutes was unable to assist. There was nothing she could do to help, she said she could see my order but could fix the letter I transposed. I understand it was my mistake but I guess I thought I called quick enough to get help. Not sure if I will order again with the lack of customer service that was provided.

Hi Sarah! There are no pockets inside so it’s one large space to stash everything you’re toting around. I’m sure a bag organizer could be placed inside if you’d like to compartmentalize all of your belongings!
