Compile Cheesy Bruschetta Chicken in Less Than 10 Minutes!
Dinner is done in a jiffy thanks to a jar of prepared bruschetta and thinly sliced chicken breasts!
Who’s ready for another easy chicken dinner?
If you’re struggling to figure out a meal to quickly throw together this week, consider grabbing some premade bruschetta and making this simple bruschetta chicken recipe! I have made it a few times now, and my family seems to really enjoy the cheesy, comforting results. I especially appreciate that it takes less than ten minutes to prep for the oven.
You will not regret throwing Bruschetta chicken on the meal plan!
The way the fresh mozzarella melts is so delicious, especially when paired with the tomato mixture. It creates a flavorful olive oil “sauce” on the bottom of the pan. Serve it with a salad and/or some crusty bread, and it’s a heavenly combo!

- 1/2 teaspoon The Blend (salt, pepper, garlic)
- 9 oz. prepared tomato Bruschetta
- 1/4 cup roasted bell peppers from a jar
- 1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese

Directions
1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2
Season both sides of the chicken and add it to a baking dish.
3
Spread the tomato bruschetta over the top of the chicken, followed by the roasted bell peppers. Top with the shredded cheese, balsamic drizzle, and fresh mozzarella.
4
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Serve warm.
Extra tips for making this bruschetta chicken:
- Oven times may vary along with the thickness of the chicken. I suggest testing the chicken with a quick read thermometer after about 30 minutes to see if the internal temperature has reached at least 165 degrees.
- The Delallo Bruschetta seems to be readily available at most stores and is good. If you have a Trader Joe’s, their fresh Bruschetta is amazing!
- For a larger group, it would be easy to double the ingredients and bake in a 9×13 baking dish!
- The fresh chopped basil is optional but so tasty. I highly recommend it!
- I wanted to call out our favorite balsamic glaze EVER! This Oliver 25-year-aged balsamic is pricey but so worth it. We usually go through a bottle a year. It makes a really great gift for the holidays, too!
We all need these easy types of meals that are done in less than 45 minutes from start to finish. We really enjoyed this one, and I hope you do too!

This is great to have on hand during the upcoming holidays! What’s everyone making for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day?
Yes I agree! Love easy meals for busy times. Enjoy! I have no idea yet 🙂
Lina! You did it once again! I did a test run of this recipe for my husband and I and it was wonderful! I will now serve it to my house guests over the Christmas holidays! I even splurged and purchased your suggested balsamic vinegar from Williams Sonoma! And while I was at it, I bought the same product in a glaze, (comes in a smaller squirt bottle) and it is wonderful too! Thank you for sharing your tasty “doable” recipes!!!
This is fabulous news!! Yay so glad. And now I must get that glaze too! Merry Christmas Suejo!!
