I was excited to see this post, because spending $119/year for Prime, and there’s not really anymore 2 day shipping for items I shop for (everything is now a week long)- I was hoping they would offer more savings…however, I clicked the post to sign up, and my children were already logged in. And after clicking on my 15 year old, I was offered diaper and wipe coupons only. DISAPPOINTED.

Darn! Thanks for the feedback. It seems this is available for those with kids 12 and under. I do see up to 20% off available as I click through now.

Thanks for commenting. It appears that this will apply up to 20% off for eligible items. I do still find the 20% off listed as I click through on my account.

I signed up for Prime last year but as a single person over 60 a lot of the benefits just aren’t there. I do like the free shipping though and Amazon Key is great on the few occasions where my purchase qualifies.

I got excited about sharing benefits because my husband having a separate account and still having prime would make it so much easier to do holiday shopping for eachother without risking seeing what we got eachother. But that was quickly shot down when I found out those benefits don’t apply when you have the reduced prime from ebt. I don’t think we can even share prime video either. Oh well.

I’m not interested in handing over my children’s birthdates / personal information to big tech. People should really be more careful / less trusting with this information.
