Well, we have RedBox. LOL We don’t have any of these other places in our area… always a bummer. However, sometimes living far from things means I don’t spend as much! 😉
HI, I always love the Sephora bday gift every year; when you shop in person they even remind you it’s in your account – you have all month to redeem it. At Ulta, I shop there- never fail 3-5 times through December for gifts for others, and they have never reminded me to get my bday freebie – I have never had one from them.
Also, to add to the freebie list, Chipotle always adds a “guac and chips” reward (through the app) to your rewards. You have 1 month to redeem it with any $5 order. Hope that helps.
And if they are out of your birthday freebee at Ulta, they will substitute whatever they feel like. Last year it was 3 paper perfume “samples.” I asked her if she was kidding bc they’re free in magazines and their own ad they send out. She told me they are at liberty to substitute what they choose. I felt like I was being punked🙄.

Thx again for this post. I appreciate the freebies. But I have to agree with the comments about Sephora and Ulta. Sephora bday freebie is A+ but Ulta was a disappointment. They were out of the bday gift for February, March and April. They put a tiny Garnier bottle in my bag…Sephora had three choices All in stock. I got the Tatcha gift. The sample cream by itself sells for $20 on the Tatcha website.

We went to Denny’s yesterday for my husbands bday and they gave bacon, eggs and a stack of pancakes, all free for his birthday. Just had to download the Dennys app while we were there to get barcode and then they scan that at checkout.
