Are there subscription boxes that make my kids do chores? Lol

    • MaaMaaBear

I could use one of those today too! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

  2. Jenn

I ordered a 3 month KiwiCo crate subscription for my 3 year old niece and she loves it. My sister loves it as well, so I went ahead and bought a 12 month subscription to follow the 3 month one.

  3. Meg

My kids and I have been following a girl on YouTube thru the quarantine (Wild Free and Crafty) and she just came out with a subscription box that looks awesome ( arts-crafts-crate.cratejoy.com ). And no, I don’t know her at all. We’ve just been having so much fun doing her projects that I feel inspired to share!

    • Trey

Thank you!!! My daughter follows Moira Elizabeth. I just looked up crafty and this looks great! I just got her the box.

    • SuperMom

Thanks Meg. For sharing this. But they look so expensive and information on website about the project is very less. Not much convincing ๐Ÿ˜”

  4. 1withthelord

Plz be mindful and do your research. I have heard of an incredible amount of people who have had persistent issues with Kiwico.

    • Laura

I’ve had a kiwico subscription for several years and never been unhappy with them. They have a great customer service team.

      • Sparrowfly

Kiwico was very good to us, even when we did a short subscription. Iโ€™d go back if we had the money!

    • Al

Long time customer here, no issues.

  5. anna

Both of my kids have received koala, kiwi, and tinker crates over the last few years. I cannot say enough good things about them!

  6. Didi

We tried the coupon code for Brock Loot and it’s invalid.

    • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

Hey there! The coupons code HELLO15 is still working for me! Maybe try in a different browser. I hope that helps!

      • Didi

Thanks. It appears my issue is the code only works when it’s a straight up purchase, not a gift.

  7. CarolynMom

We tried KiwiCo’s tinker crate for my 11 & 13 year olds at the beginning of the pandemic. They’ve received two crates and really loved them, so when they had a Memorial Day sale I went ahead and bought the subscription for the full year because it was MUCH cheaper per box. ๐Ÿ™‚ I love how everything they’ll need comes in the box and the boxes can be used to store everything after. I wish there were more good options for older kids!!

  8. Brit

We also liked the Tinker box from Kiwi Co, perfect for older children! I liked the idea of that Ivy Kids box with the book activities and would like to see that for maybe a 9-12 age range also. Thanks for the ideas! I think just getting a package in the mail with their name on it is special anyway ๐Ÿ˜

  9. Amy R.

Maybe i missed it, but which one is 75% off?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hey there! The KiwiCo & Highlights are both listed at less than the regular price, depending on what option you choose. You can then grab the additional savings with the code options above, making for a deeper discount. Hoping that is helpful! ๐Ÿฅฐ

UPDATE: The one month subscriptions are 50% off. We have updated the title. Sorry for any confusion.๐Ÿ’•

    • Kristin

The Spark code seems to only deduct $12 from monthly subscriptions. It will not work on single month purchases.

      • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for commenting, Kristin! Sorry for the confusion. It seems the SPARK code will apply for as low as $19.95 per month. That has been updated above.

  10. Stephanie

My grandson loves the Tinker Box subscription that I got him. Keeps him interested and entertained.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Yay! Happy he’s been enjoying that one, Stephanie! Thanks for the feedback!

  11. B

Highlights definitely is not a great fit for every family. They are pushing a one-sided political agenda even on young children. Do your research before subscribing. ๐Ÿ™‚
