Need new earbuds to listen to your favorite music?

If you’re wanting to grab wireless earbuds, but not sure which brand to buy, we’ve pulled together a list of six great options. This list includes Apple, Samsung, and more for you to consider with something for every budget. Taking your music on the go has never been easier!

Here are a few wireless earbuds to consider…

1. Apple AirPods / Air Pods Pro

Apple Airpods

After a simple one-tap setup, AirPods are automatically on and always connected. They sense when they’re in your ears and pause the audio when you take them out. They also feature voice-activated Siri access and are perfect to wear when playing games, listening to music, or enjoying podcasts.

The new AirPods Pro feature active noise cancellation for a better listening experience, as well as a transparency mode for when you need to hear what is going on around you. The Wireless Charging Case provides a full battery charge for up to 24 hours of listening time. Also, they easily sync to any of your Apple devices and are sweat and water-resistant.

Both models of AirPods will also work with Android devices via Bluetooth connectivity.

Here’s what Hip2Save team members have to say about their AirPods:

“I was NOT going to buy AirPods because I thought they were a waste of money, but my hubby surprised me with some and I was instantly in love. As a mother who constantly has people talking to her, I LOVE that they pause my podcast when I pull them out of my ear. Now I don’t have to manually pause and unpause my podcast on my phone when someone starts talking to me.” – Michelle

“I drink the Apple Kool-Aid so AirPods are a no brainer for me. I had the series 1 and recently grabbed the series 2 and find that the sound quality is improved with the newer version. I wear them while I’m working, at the gym, and even when I’m cleaning around the house. I initially balked at the thought of buying them because of the price, but they quickly turned in to one of my most favorite items. I’m sure I’ll eventually upgrade to the Pro.” – Angela

“Word of warning about AirPods if you tend to have a lot of earwax like myself. I wore mine all the time and ended up with impacted wax that had to be removed by a doctor. Plus, the AirPods caused my ears to trap a bunch of moisture behind my eardrum so I had to take steroids for a week. Bottom line: I am NOT a fan!” – Bryn

Any reviews on the Samsung Galaxy buds? TIA.

    • Tamara

I have the samsung galaxy buds and love them! They stay in my ear without ever falling out. I like that they don’t hang down like the airpods. You just tap them to pause. They connect to your paired device right when you take them out of its case. Super easy and simple. I’ve had them for about 10 months and really love them!

  2. Jen Tulgestke

Does anyone have any recommendations for a pair that look and work like AirPods? My 9 year old desperately wants a pair of AirPods for Christmas but I can’t justify spending $140 on something so tiny that he could possibly lose! Help!

    • Nora-Lee

I have seen a lot of “look alikes” but I don’t think it’s worth it. Those Anker on this list seem like a better price, may not look like AirPods but will get the work done. We have several Anker products and the quality and customer service has been amazing. Good luck!

    • Cherrill

Check Walmart there are a few brands groove onn, blackweb and anker that are less than 50

    • araaidan

WOWZA!!! Thanks for sharing Jennifer! Those look perfect for my kiddo! She is used to $6 corded headphones from Ross because she goes through so many 🙂 so these will be perfect even if they aren’t the greatest sound. Code worked as well! Thanks again!

  3. Marie

Just a comment on the Bose earbuds-I have the ones mentioned and LOVE them. I do outdoor activities, the gym, and trail run and they stay in, are comfortable, and the sound quality is amazing.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

How cool! Thanks a ton for the great review, Marie! Super glad to hear how well your Bose earbuds have been working for you!

  4. Melissa

Curious about the QVC IFrogz wireless sweat resistant ones with charging case? You can get 2 pairs for $99.96. Has anyone bought these? Feedback?

    • Jenni

I’m curious as well! I just purchased these yesterday for my son and husband. The reviews on QVC weren’t that great. But you can’t be the 6 easy pays.

  5. Ceci Markwick

Hi! Amazon is only offering $10 off on the Anker brand, not $15.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

It may vary by account. Mine shows a $15 off coupon.

      • Cindy

        I don’t show any coupon. 🙁

        • Stacy F (Hip2Save Sidekick)

I’m not seeing it anymore either, Cindy. It looks like they removed it already. Thanks for letting us know.

    • Callie

It’s $15 off when I went and ordered

  6. Cami

Check out the RayCons I’ve heard really great reviews and cute color selection! Just ordered my husband a pair for Christmas

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

      Thanks, Cami!

  7. bellwalker

I loved my Powerbeats until the ear hooks broke off. I only used them to workout. The sound is great but they are too fragile for exercise, and Apple charges $99 to fix them (they aren’t covered under warranty).

  8. Jenni

Oh no! My husband’s powerbeats are completely not working anymore and we’ve had them for maybe 6 months.

  9. April

I have had really good results from cheap knock off brands from wish.com. Lol. I knew up front that they were cheap and a knock off, but wanted to see the quality, it surprised me. I have a pair that are 8 months old and still good. Try it for yourself, you might be surprised.

Has anybody had any luck finding the Airpods Pro? They seem to be out of stock everywhere!

  11. wendi phillips

I got these for my 18 year old niece.
She is in the habit of loosing things so I thought with these at least she has two pair.
Waiting to see the quality ,hope it is good

    • wendi phillips
