After your first box, your BoxDog dog subscription box will renew monthly at $45 shipped (or potentially less, if selecting multi-month shipments at checkout) or until you cancel. To cancel, just log in to your account, go to Subscriptions, and select Cancel in the menu, OR you can email support@boxdog.com and request a cancellation.
