It’s no secret I am a BIG fan of Dollar Tree DIY projects and today I’m sharing a couple of easy and inexpensive ideas for decorating with Dollar Tree’s patriotic party supplies. If you are thinking of having a fourth of July party, here are some easy and frugal inspiration ideas to incorporate in your home!
My very favorite part of this project is the festive red, white, and blue centerpieces I made using blue plastic ice buckets from Dollar Tree! I love the bright pop of color and everything in them is also from Dollar Tree, including the cute vintage red trucks. I can’t believe the large selection of Dollar Tree 4th of July decorations!
Here’s how to make this easy Dollar Tree patriotic party centerpiece:
- Grab an ice bucket or something similar and place two cubes of the floral foam inside.
- Arrange 5 of the red, white, and blue, floral bushel stems in the bucket making sure to pierce through the foam.
- Arrange three of the mini USA flags inside, as well as any other desired embellishments.
- Add the vintage metal truck lawn ornament to the middle.
- Use a hot glue gun to glue a large decorative ribbon to the front.
Let’s talk about this simple patriotic banister using Dollar Tree 4th of July decorations!
I taped 3 of the large flag bunting up my stair railing and tied these $1.25 patriotic wall hangings to the top and bottom banisters using ribbon. This was a quick and easy idea to add some nice red, white, and blue color to the room to create a large impact on the cheap!
Add some festive color to the top of each plate using a foldable fan from Dollar Tree!
I added a $1.25 paper patriotic fan to my everyday white plates and placemats to make things a little more festive. It makes the table pretty plus guests can use them outside later while watching fireworks.
I love how all of this came together and that I was able to spend around $30 at Dollar Tree for such creative and fun patriotic home decor. This will be perfect for the 4th of July!
