Check out a couple of reader reviews:

“I did this just yesterday and sent to my grandparents who live several states away from us. They have same-day delivery and were thrilled to receive it! They said it was packaged up very nice! It only cost $20 and meant so much to them since they aren’t leaving their house during this time.”

“I ordered last night and it just arrived. I did the $30 fruit and veggie package. Came with bananas, strawberries, apples, oranges, cantaloupe, green peppers, potatoes, and carrots. All the produce looks really great. This was perfect since food delivery is so backed up right now and I have kids at home!”

I can’t tell if this is real or a April fool’s joke.

Thank you so much! I just did this for my mom up in New York and it will be delivered tomorrow. I have been searching for a company that would get her some fresh fruits and veggies soon and this worked. She is elderly and I do not want her out shopping! Worth any amount of money!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Aww, SO sweet! Glad you could send her a delivery! You’re most welcome, Andrea!

I signed up on Sunday after I saw the first post and got my lovely fruit box on Monday. I shared it on Facebook and it was a big hit.

Just ordered this for my parents and they received on time yesterday. They were happy and impressed, everything They tried they said was delicious.

I just shared this in my local facebook group because people have been trying to find delivery that will come faster than Peapod (which is currently about ten days out IF you can even get a slot). Figured I’d share the idea in case anyone else has a local group they belong to–always good to pass along info if it might help someone 🙂

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh good! Happy you could pass this along!

Unfortunately, please be aware that if you order the fresh fruit and vegetable bundle that you may not receive the vegetable portion of it. My folks received their fresh fruit and vegetable bundle today but without any vegetables at all. I called the store that delivered it and they informed me that they didn’t get a shipment of vegetables but gave them extra oranges and apples. (What they did receive in the bundle were 5 oranges, 4 apples, 6 bananas, 1 cantaloupe, and a bundle of grapes). I paid $29.99 expecting to get vegetables too. So my advice, stick to just the fruit bundle only. This is in Southern California.

Thanks so much for the warning! Good to know!

I did the deal after the first post to send to my grandma. She said it was packaged beautifully. I can’t remember everything she received, but I know she got apples, oranges, grapes, and strawberries. Very happy with this purchase. Thanks Collin & Team!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Aww, That’s awesome, Cat! Thanks so much for the update on what your order was like! We sure appreciate it!

Thank you for the deal. However, this is one deal I wish I had not bought. I places my order the fruit and vegetable box. A few hours after ordering, a lady from my local store said she only had the fruit available but she would give me extra fruit in place of the vegetables. I told her that was fine. Today my box arrived. I only received 2 apples, 2 oranges, 1 very small cantaloupe, 3 bananas, and about 20 grapes. For $29.99 I expected more. Also, I wondered what would the order have contained without the “extra.” Will not be ordering from them again!! Feel like this was maybe worth $10 not 30. Hope others have better luck!

I’m really sorry! Thank you for your honest feedback, beaglemom46!
