The more progress you make, the more alternative options Adriene provides, making her yoga videos adaptive for still extremely progressive for all yogis, from beginners to experts! To make the selection easier, you can filter results by choosing the body part you want to target as well as what kind of workout you’re interested in.

The app also records your progress and gives you tips and achievements as you embark on your fitness journey, which is super helpful and rewarding! It’s available both on the App Store and Google Play.


4. POPSUGAR Fitness

If you’re looking for the most up-to-date, innovative workout routines, POPSUGAR Fitness is a good fit for you. Upbeat and positive, the fitness instructors have an infectious energy that will get you as pumped up as possible for your workouts.

They regularly release new and free workout videos, so you never run out of new things to do! They will even upload videos on how to cool down and relax your body and mind while providing muscle relief.


5. Orange Theory

7. The Body Coach TV

He also has videos for ASL classes available! And if you prefer to get in shape in the kitchen, there are yummy recipe videos for you to feel good inside and out.

    I love Yoga with Adriene. I have never stuck to an exercise routine until I started doing her videos. She has a practice for anything you can think of. Short videos, long ones, from head to toe.

    I just wanted to add that FitOn is my favorite app! It also streams on my Roku tv. There is a paid prescription, but most all workouts are FREE! It has been a life savor during the pandemic.
