I don’t know about online but the last time I went into the LB by me was when they straight up refused to use the $10 of $10 purchase mailer I had received in the mail. They wouldn’t scan it or even offer any discount on the item I was purchasing stating that they were not honoring any corporate coupons. I don’t know what happened or why the local store in particular was done with them but I’ve never been back.

Yeah I tried to use the text offer in store and was told they only take offer codes with barcode scans. And when I contacted Customer Care they were no help.
Yes, they are such a rude store! I stopped going there for that reason. Why issue a coupon that they won’t honor?! They didn’t decline nicely, they were outright annoyed by it.
I have tried the STOP and resign up, but it sends me the same code as previously and when tried to use it says not valid.
I went back and was able to order the socks just now…thanks
