January 19th marked the first day of Lobsterfest at Red Lobster, and for a limited time, they’re rolling out new dishes & drinks plus the Create Your Own Lobster Lover’s Dream is back!
Lobsterfest Dishes Lineup:
- Lobsterfest Duo: Two LobsterChops with grilled, split Maine lobster tails wrapped around sea scallops, paired with a roasted Maine tail and two sides. A classic favorite returning after 18 years
- Lobsterfest Boil: A lobster-forward take on the viral seafood boil with Maine lobster tails, shrimp, corn, and red potatoes, served hot tableside in a shake and serve bag with your choice of flavor and spice
- More Lobster Favorites: Lobster Flatbread, Lobster Dip, Grilled Lobster Shrimp and Salmon, Lobster and Shrimp Linguini, Surf and Turf, and Live Maine Lobster

You can also customize your meal when you order the Create Your Own Lobster Lover’s Dream! With this option, you can mix and match two or three lobster selections to build your perfect Lobsterfest plate, including:
- Lobster Pasta au Gratin: Maine and langostino lobster, cavatappi pasta, creamy lobster cheese sauce, and baked mozzarella
- Crispy Dragon Teriyaki Lobster: features a crispy Maine lobster tail tossed in a sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce
- Perennial Favorites: Maine Lobster Tail, Rock Lobster Tail, or Lobster and Shrimp Linguini
