We’re so excited to announce that two of our favorite Target-owned brands, Pillowfort and Cat & Jack, have an entire collection of adaptive clothing and sensory-sensitive home items to help address the needs of children living with disabilities.

The adorable Pillowfort items include comforting fabrics, weighted options, and muted colors so kiddos spend less time adjusting and more time just being kids, with items that would help both at home and in school.

Cat Jack Adaptive Clothing Shirts

Similarly, Cat & Jack’s new adaptive line, which is available exclusively on Target.com, features heat-transferred labels instead of tags, flat seams, and one-dimensional graphic tees, all designed to minimize discomfort when in contact with the skin.

While these items are not on sale, Target is really seizing the market with more affordable options than most! You can find reasonably-priced clothing for as low as $4.50, and those sensory-friendly home items that usually cost a fortune are all priced under $100!

Don’t forget, if you’re a RedCard holder, you’ll still score an extra 5% off your purchase and get free shipping when you shop online!

It’s the guarantee for me! 😍

If you’re still not completely convinced, you can have peace of mind knowing that, like all Target-owned brands, BOTH are backed by a 1-year guarantee with receipt!

Yup, Cat & Jack clothing is specially built to last and Target is willing to back up that claim! If these unique styles don’t withstand their adventures the entire year, simply bring the item and your receipt back to Target and they will refund your money or exchange the item for a new product. How awesome is that?

Give them a safe space they’ll love with these deals…

Can you link the pillow that’s going around the girl sitting in the bean bag chair? I can’t find it when I go through the link for the adaptive items. Thank you

My daughter has the weighted unicorn pillow and LOVES it. It seems especially comforting for her on nights when she’s restless or scared (like during a thunderstorm). Well worth the price in my book!

Thanks so much for this post! We have a pair of the Billy shoes for our son, and they are a genius invention! It is difficult to put shoes on someone that cannot assist you. It is hard to be sure that toes are not crammed or curled. These shoes fix that problem. I am so happy they were invented!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re most welcome! Glad to hear how helpful they have been! 💕

  9. Holly

This is great, wished when my son (who is 15 now) was little they had adapted clothing etc. These kids grow up and the need is still there, why do you not carry all these items in young men and ladies departments as well as men and ladies departments?!?!?!
