Gone are the days of having to fight your way through the crowded store aisles. Instead of frantically rushing to the store, shop online instead! Use Walmart’s school supply list search to quickly find and buy all the school supplies that the teacher requested with just one click!
Using Walmart’s school supply list is so easy…
Here’s how to use the Walmart school supply list:
- Head over to Walmart’s school supply search.
- In the search bar, enter your school, city and state, or zip code.
- Select your institution from the Walmart school list and then select your grade or classroom.
- If needed, you can save or share the list with others.
- Add individual items to the cart or add all your school supplies at once by selecting “add all to cart.”
- Checkout.
- That’s it – it’s easy peasy!

If an item is discounted or out of stock, that information is noted on the supply list.
What if your school is not on the list?
If your child’s school is not on the list, click the “Shop Our School Supply Lists” button at the bottom of the search page. Walmart will offer you a sample list of school supplies for each grade. These sample lists are generated based on responses from teachers nationwide.
If you’re a teacher and your school is not on the list, you can add it! The Walmart supply list is such a simple way to help ensure parents buy the right items!
