We’re sharing all the details about the new and improved Target Circle program!

If you don’t know what Target Circle is, you need to…especially if you’re a regular Target shopper!

Target Circle is the customer loyalty program that replaced Target’s Cartwheel program back in October of 2019, and it just got a makeover!

Starting today, April 7th, Target Circle is offering THREE different membership options, all of which can help shoppers save more money with special offers and rewards!

Even better, Circle discounts are now automatic, so you won’t need to clip them.🙌

As long as you’re logged into your account, they should apply at checkout. Plus, through April 13th, there are THOUSANDS of deals to score during Target Circle Week!

You can also now clip Target Circle in-store manufacturer coupons and use them for curbside pickup! Previously, these coupons/offers were only available in-store. This makes it even easier to save and score deals with Target Circle!

What are the 3 NEW Target Circle memberships?

1. Target Circle (Free)

This free-to-join membership allows you to earn Target Circle Rewards and access to member-exclusive sales, special bonus perks, and personalized deals that are automatically applied at checkout. You’ll be automatically enrolled in the revamped program if you’re already a Target Circle member. You will no longer get 1% back in rewards. Instead, you’ll receive even more special deals and bonuses.

2. Target Circle Card

Shoppers can apply for a Target Circle Card (formerly the Target RedCard) to score an extra 5% off every day, free two-day shipping on many items, and an extended return window. If you already have a Target RedCard, there is nothing for you to do as you’re already enrolled!

3. *NEW* Target Circle 360 (reg. $99 annually)

This new paid membership grants shoppers unlimited free same-day delivery on orders over $35 (often in as little as an hour), free two-day shipping, and access to Shipt Marketplace which has same-day delivery from more than 100 retailers nationwide. Through May 18th, this membership is available for a discounted price of $49 (reg. $99). If you already have a separate Shipt account, look for an email communication offering you a chance to be a Target Circle 360 member.

Plus, Target plans to add more benefits and deals to these memberships over time! 🙌 For more information on these plans, visit Target Circle’s FAQ section.

How do you sign up for the Target Circle loyalty program?

Existing Target Circle or Target RedCard account holders are already enrolled in Target Circle. You shouldn’t need to do anything to remain in the program.

If you’re not enrolled in Target Circle, you can sign up on Target.com for a free account. You can also upgrade to a Target Circle 360 membership if desired.

How do you use the Target Circle loyalty program in-store and online?

The new program makes scoring deals easy! You only need to clip digital manufacturer coupons since the other Circle discounts now apply automatically.

First, include your phone number on your Target account profile. Enter your mobile number at checkout to automatically apply Target Circle deals to your cart.

If using the app, scan your Target Circle barcode under the Wallet tab on the Target App (accessible by tapping the Wallet icon in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen).

If checking out online, sign into your Target.com account or app to apply your Target Circle Rewards and review the deals applied at checkout.

What kind of offers can you expect?

The previous program had some great offers. Discounts ranged from 5% to 50% off within all product categories, and we expect to see similar deals with the new program.

Do your previous Target Circle earnings expire?

No! Your existing Target Circle earnings are now being called Target Circle Rewards. Your previous earnings will transfer to your new Target Circle account today, April 7th. All Target Circle Rewards expire after a year if unused.

What are the new Target Circle Bonuses?

Target Circle Bonuses refer to personalized deals and offers given to Target Circle members. To apply or activate a bonus, head to your Target Circle Dashboard. You’ll see the savings and/or rewards reflected at checkout.

Plus, other changes are coming in 2024…

Target has other changes planned for this year, too! The company is working on enhancing its operations for a better customer experience and is also opening 300 new stores while revamping most existing ones.

You’ll also spot tons of new products on store shelves as the company expands Target-owned brands like Dealworthy, up&up, and Gigglespace. You’ll see more affordable everyday basics, essentials, and toys!

I am lucky enough to get Walmart+ from American Express. I probably would not pay for it or the new Target program. I have a Red Card. I don’t use either enough. On both I usually have to call to get the shipping waved ( for a Red Card or Walmart+). They both seem to add it automatically. I do have Amazon Prime which I use more and share with my sister.

Thanks for sharing about the memberships you have and use, acgold. Glad you’ve found your Prime one the most useful! ❤️

Hi-how’d you get a free Walmart ? Thanks!

      • Maggie

It’s not really free. It’s a perk that comes with the Amex Platinum Card, which has a $695 annual fee.

          Oh man!

The big change is the delivery for $35 purchase and access to Shipt already is available for red card circle members but now we will have yo pay for it

Not impressed. It’s just another way to get you to buy their delivery service. I actually prefer to shop in stores so I don’t need the delivery services as much from anyone anymore. Plus I don’t have to tip.

I enjoy going to the store. Paying for someone to shop for you.
