Please post if you have success with this. My K-Mart stores will NOT allow stacking of any kind. :(

  • Darci says:

even sweeter deal if you use these 2 candles toward the SC Johnson $5 rebate (must purchase 3 products total of Glade or other brands)

  • Mandy says:

    I don’t know of any Kmart’s that will allow stacking… still $1 MM… awesome!

  • Tommy says:

Aren’t the Kmart Books manufacturer coupons? If so you would not be able to use both. Still make $1.

  • Anon says:

Supposedly…you’ll get the catalina at WAGs too! It’s a monthly RR deal. Some stores have the 4oz. soy candles for $3.19. YMMV though…

    2x$3.19 = $6.38
    - $3/2 coupon = $3.38
    get the $3RR
    OOP = $.38

I’m off to WAGs to get some things, so I’ll give it a try and report back.

  • Ashley says:

do you think this will stack? say I buy 4 candles will it print $6?

  • Shannon says:

Just called my Kmart… they don’t allow coupon stacking, one coupon per item. Anyone have the Kmart coupon policy that states otherwise?

  • lori says:

I was waiting for a deal like this. I don’t know how many times I’ve looked at the Kmart coupon book recently wanting to use the coupons. Does anybody know if Kmart is doing double coupon days soon?

  • Rzatki says:

Written on every coupon in the KMart booklet is “cannot be combined with any other coupon for the same item(s)”. No stacking. Also, my KMart will not accept internet coupons.

  • karlee says:

I have the little ad that prints off the cat matchine, it says: buy 2 get $3, buy 3 get $4, buy 4 or more get $5, ends 1/24

  • Tami says:

Wonderful!!!! I love these little candles for baskets and such!

  • Nicole says:

my kmart has these coupon books at the checkout registers instead of near the ads.

  • Shannon says:

If we do the Kmart… buy 4=$10 use 2 $3/2=$4 get $5 in catalina… roll that to get 2 more, then submit TWO Rebates? I don’t see where it says one per household or anything. What do you all think?… so we will end up with 6 candles and a $6 moneymaker?

    • Dana says:

You can do the Johnson rebate 3 times! I did and have received all three checks already.

    • Darci says:

the thing with doing more than 1 $5 rebate is that you have to mail them in separate envelopes. since you have to send in the original receipt then you can’t use the same receipt for 2 separate rebates. buying 4/$10 on 1 receipt and then 2 more on another receipt won’t get you 2 rebates.

      • Anna says:

        Darci,
I had that scenario when I did it with Target and I had all the items on one receipt. What I did is with the first submission is send the original and make a copy, circled the items of what the second submission would be. Then on the second submission which I mailed in a different envelope, included a copy of the first submission. I noted I have two submissions, but only one receipt and they have the original. I got 2 checks. =)

  • Coupon Pro says:

You are allowed to use a manufacture coupon and a coupon from Kmarts coupon book because they are Kmart coupons.

  • heatherg says:

So heading out there tomorrow. thanks

  • Cami says:

I’m not seeing the glade coupon on coupons.com….can someone let me know which zip to use. Thanks!!

  • fuzzymitten says:

I’ve been able to use the Kmart coupons with manufacturer coupons in N.CA. I’ve used internet coupons too. All of the for the double coupon days. I guess it depends on the store.

  • Jessica says:

Some of the bigger candles are on clearance @ Winn-Dixie 10oz were only $4.39 and also printed out the catalina coupons. I love this site!!! Thank you Collin!

  • jen says:

kind of off the subject but my fav. place today (RITE Aid) had there Christmas candles and Christmas stuff 90 percent off so I was able to get the large candles for .99 orginal price was 9.99 and best of all they are frosted glass so great for gifts. They also have there spring candles 50 percent off price range from 50 cents up

  • Tina says:

Our Kmart (northern VA) stacks coupons; but the 2 oz. candles were not on sale for 2.50. Did I misunderstand? They were 3.19.

  • [...] Thanks, Hip2Save [...]

  • John says:

Does anyone know if you can use more than 1 receipt to reach the 3 purchase total. I have two receipts with 2 candles on each. Can I send in one rebate form and both receipts?

  • Becky says:

I had two transactions tonight for the glade candles. The 2 oz candles were $2.99 ea at my store. In the first trans, it did not allow me to stack the coupons when the Internet coupon was scanned first. It DID allow both coupons for my second transaction when the Kmart coupon was scanned first.

  • Kim says:

No luck on this deal for me. Kmart didnt have any coupon booklets. According to customer service at the store, they cleaned up for a corporate visit and threw them all away. The candles werent on sale for $2.50 each, they were $2.99 and no catalina when I checked out. Cashier said she knew nothing about it. Oh well, at least the free Nivea at Target worked.

  • Christa says:

I emailed Kmart for their coupon policy. IT doesn’t state anything about stacking their coupons with manufacture coupons. Here is a copy of it. Hope this helps. I carry it with me. I was able to stack the coupons there. I gave her the manf.1st then the kmart one. It went through fine. Of course, I got the wrong size candles. I didn’t make money on the deal. I may take these bigger ones back and exchange them for the smaller ones. After I get the rebate back on the bigger ones if I decide to keep them…I only ended up paying $1.09/candle. Not bad but I didn’t want that much oop that day. I just started couponing and we have alotted $25/pay period til we get a stock pile.

Thank you for contacting Kmart regarding our coupon policy.

Kmart’s Print-at-Home Internet Coupon Acceptance Policy
Effective March 1, 2009 , Kmart will accept industry-standard, secure
print-at-home coupons. This will provide additional benefits and
incentives to our customers to help them save their money at Kmart.

Due to the continuing shift in utilizing online facilities, allowing the
redemption of print at home coupons is becoming a larger more important
aspect to the budget wise customer. But there is a significant risk in
fraudulent alerted coupons. It is critical that the following guidelines
be understood and followed to identify coupons that will not be accepted
    by the Kmart register operators.

Kmart can only accept print-at-home coupons if they scan properly at
    checkout.
Legitimate printable coupons are delivered using special software
designed to print a properly rendered barcode on the coupon and limit
the number of coupons printed. If the coupon dos not scan properly it
    cannot be accepted

Kmart will not accept coupons for more than about 75% of a product’s
    value.
For example, a $2 off coupon for a product that sells for $2.25 is
unlikely to be legitimate. If there are exceptions, Kmart is usually
provided advance notice by the manufacturer.

Coupons will be rejected if they appear distorted or blurry, altered in
any way, or are obvious duplicates.

Kmart will not accept ” FREE product” (no purchase required)
    print-at-home coupons.
It is currently an industry practice not to produce print-at-home
manufacturer’s coupons for free product. Buy-one-get-one-free coupons
and other values that have a purchase requirement are acceptable.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for
    contacting us.

    Sincerely,
    Ray J

I went to Kmart last night and none of the candles were 2.50… they were on sale for $3, the really itty bitty ones.

To do the month long deal at Walgreens…what size/product do you have to buy? It wasn’t marked at my store to generate a RR, so I thought I would ask you all first.

  • TJ says:

Not on sale here, still 2.99 each, used coupons just fine, but no catalina printed out on either transaction. Was this regional? i am in WV.

  • Sandy says:

I had the same luck as TJ – the candles were $2.99 and no catalina printed out. I’m in Northern VA.

  • EMILY says:

got my 2@2.99 and used my $3.00 and $2.00 coupon. also today i picked up a greenworks laundry detergent on sale for $7.99, used my $3.00 on-line coupon, and got a free greenworks bottle of wipes valued at $3.29. if you dont want the wipes you can get a bottle of stain remover value up to $3.79. paid $6.76 and got my $3.00 coupon back

  • Christy says:

This worked perfectly for me, except the candles were not on sale. I’m in TN.
I actually purchased one of the bigger ones (around $6 – I like the apple ones) and one of the smaller ones ($3). FYI, I did this transaction twice and used the catalina from the first purchase on the second; unlike Walgreens it did still print out another $3 catalina!

  • Coupon Pro says:

BOOO I went to my local K-mart and they were $2.99 each not 2/$5!

  • Jessica says:

Was able to make it to KMart today. The coupon book is wonderful! I was wondering about stacking coupons, so I tried with 4 candles @ $2.99 a piece. The cashier was able to scan both $3/2 coupons that I printed, but only got 1 KMart coupon $2/2 to go through AND I got the $5 catalina coupon! Was happy to figure out how they would take the coupons and to make $1 on the deal! :)

  • Joni says:

My Kmart didn’t have the catalina coupons! Is this not consistent with all Kmarts?

  • Anonymous says:

My kmart didnt know anything about the catalina, and said if they were doing it , it would be in the add.
Is anyone showing info about the catalina in the add??
They were not on sale at my Kmart :(

  • Anonymous says:

    Not to happy with Kmart

  • anon says:

I have bought 4 candles and got 2 catalina $3 coupons (better than buying 4 and getting $5 catalina). There was lots of things left over from xmas for 90% off. I bought $6 worth of xmas things mainly boxes and candy and red ribbons (for decorating). I was excited. You cannot use more than 1 Kmart coupon with each transaction so better to buy candles in groups of 2 with the manf. coupon and kmart coupon.

  • Crystal says:

I was at K-mart today and they didn’t have any more coupons books, but I was able to score some amazing deals! I got a 4-pack of wrapping paper (3 of them don’t look Christmasy at all) for .79 cents! Also right now K-mart has buy one get one free Leapster games. I was able to combine that with the 2 coupons Collin mentions in previous posts and got 2 Leapster games for $20!!!

  • Dianne says:

They were $2.99 at my KMart (St. Pete, FL). I asked the cashier if she could take both the store and man Q’s and she said she’d try. The register took both just fine (no beeps) and then I also got the Catalina. $1.26 oop with a $3 coupon for next time! Thanks Collin!

  • Christy says:

I got them the other day in So Cal. Not on sale $2/5, but $2.99 each. I purchased 8 in 4 separate transactions, and got 4 $3 catalina. Used all 4 catalinas at the end to get some Goodnights and Pullups that I really needed, and only paid $4 out of pocket after the catalinas. Great deal!

  • anon says:

I did this deal 6 times. Gotta a ton of Xmas stuff for 90% off–around $50 worth or more. Still have $6 in catalina coupons. In addition, got 12 candles for b-days and gifts at 50 cents a piece. Total investment of $6. This was a great deal!

  • Joanie says:

    Is this Catalina still printing?
