    THANKS!! : )

  3. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I got that last free sample in the mail last week from tampax & always with the awesome coupons, 1 for a FREE package of always liners or pads! and my mom had it sent to her as well and then she gave me her FREE coupon too! She’s crazy… 🙂

This is suppose to be for parents and daughters that just started their period. I am skipping this one because my daughter is too young (thank god, im not ready for that lol). It has information for young girls starting their period and I don’t need that either so I am saving it for people that have young daughters that need this info 🙂

  5. I'm with Jodi

I am with Jodi on this one.. Collin, love you site but I think you should put that it’s for mom’s with girls in the puperty range so people don’t just request it and then the ones who do need it don’t get it because everyone snagged it up

      Hi Jodi,

I totally agree and just updated the post! Thanks for pointing that out to me!

      • jodi

No problem Collin, I honestly saw it in my email and it said for moms or something like that. Thats the only reason I knew. Keep up the good work! 🙂

I daughter is 12. She started her period last year at the age of 11 while wearing white pants on the way to disneyland. Oh what a memory!!!! This kit will help her- thanks hip!

Sounds familiar. I started my first period in the middle of a 5 day summer camp, ya’ know, swimming and all and, woe is me!!! Soooo embarrassing at that age. I’m sure there are many with some really uncomfortable stories concerning this….

  7. Bianca

Thanks for this…my daughter has not started her period yet but we are already talking about it with her since she is 9 and starting blossom…Oh Vey! Thanks so much for this wonderful freebie…I am making her a “your a woman now” basket for when she does. 🙂

    • Katie

that is such a cute idea! When I got my period for the first time thats kinda what my mom did for me. It was a bag filled with pads and liners and then “special woman” underwear from Victorias Secret! It made the situation less embaressing and (almost) exciting!

  8. Tami

This is perfect for my daughter!

  9. Anna in NC

Thank you to those who passed this up for the ones who need it. My daughter will be starting hers very soon. She is 9 almost 10. I started at 9, so I have already had “the talk” with her so she is prepared. This kit will be a nice bonus and something she can keep in her room for the day she needs it.

  10. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I had “the talk” with my 10-year-old a couple of weeks ago. This freebie, plus the one I received from Always and Tampax, will come in handy.

They now want $2.99 for shipping.

    • Anon

Probably because “everyone”, even those without a daughter went and took one….it says they have given out 5000. Unfortunately, these things happen when “misused” by people.

  14. ilja

Its says that you are responsible for the $2.99 for shipping & handling.

  15. Mandy

Anybody else see that you are responsible for the $2.99 in shipping?

  16. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, $2.99 shipping now. Still would be a cool thing do get if you had a daughter in that age make things a little better for her. =] $2.99’s not bad for a smile from a “tween” girl.

  17. Savnformyzoo

i got it but wasn’t required to pay the shipping.

    thanks!

  18. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Savnformyzoo, How’d you get it without paying shipping?
    Thanks.
