I tried to get mine, I got all the way to confirming order and it gave me a message that the store is temporarily unavailable.
Oh my, it took forever. Somehow ordered 2, but wouldn’t let me go back to change it to one free sample. I wonder if they will mail 2?
Maybe it’s just because they are running slow, cause I just now did mine, with no problems other than they are running super slow.

Very slow. Once it finally came up it said store unavailable. Tried again and processed very slowly – but it took my first order and now I have 2 samples. Oops! Oh well one for me and one for a friend.

i wonder why it keeps putting 2 when i ordered 1? oh well hey on a side note, did anyone ever get the VIV tote bag that went along with the VIV mag subscription? they send me lots of emails but I never got the tote…

I’m still waiting for my sample from last time. It said waiting for fulfillment. I hadn’t got any of the TIGI items either. It took a really long time to long into my account to check that it was waiting for fulfillment. Fingers crossed. These long waits remind me of the Herbal Essences and Seacuisine.
Looks like the sample pack is back up again. I missed out last time 🙁 so I’m going to take advantage! 🙂
