How did you find the “planner”, I have looked all over and all it is offering me if the notebook?
If you’re having trouble finding it, then type “Planner” in the search box. Then click on the 1st link down that states “Snapfish:Notebooks”. You will then be redirected to a new page where you can scroll down and choose the notebook you’d like to snag (address book, planner and more)!

It took a bit for me to figure it all out. Go to all products and you should be able to click all products and then get a search option (at the top of the left column). After typing planners in you get a few options…click on the 1st option and it will give you a planner option.
I had tried to add the “free card” to my order as well, but it wouldnt take the $10 off with that added. So instead I did my 50 free prints. Ended up paying $4.97 for 50 prints and the planner delivered. THANKS!!!

I got mine! So excited! The only thing showing up for me was 50 free prints but one I added the planner and put in my cc it came up with the 10 off over to the side. After you put in your cc and hit order you still have to hit purchase on the next screen so if it doesn’t work you can still just cancel out of the order:)
And there should be a stationary link in the store section….notebooks and planners are in this section:)
I finally figured it out. It cost me a dollar and some change! The only negative thing is that it said the planner starts in Feb 2010 not Jan 2010 or you can choose Jan 2011. 🙁

I never came across an option to make the planner, so I just went with notebooks, and they can be used as a journal.

If you don’t get your $10 credit, you can chat live with a snapfish representative and tell them your problem. They will see that you should have had a $10 credit and will give it to you. I just did this and it worked great. Only my rep. said there was never a credit applied to my acct. I told him there was promo going on and I should get it. He/she finally just gave it to me b/c I was persistant with it. HTH
Oh, and I just got a planner that I ordered for free a couple of weeks ago during a promo like this and IT IS FABULOUS!! Really thick, useful, I couldn’t be happier!!
I used the live chat with the snapfish. I told him that I was supposed to get a credit: he asked for my email and for the link that I used to sign up for the account. I used this link which clearly states that there is a $10 credit: https://www5.snapfish.com/info117?AID=10717301&PID=3443660.
The rep quickley told me that to go ahead with the order and he would manually apply the credit to my credit card. Upon going back to my account history, I can clearly see that the amound has been refunded. I’d like to add that the rep I spoke with (Rahul) was very nice and gave me the credit right away after I sent him the above link.

i just ordered…..it took some figuring out though. you cannot use another code with it, like free prints or 20 % off….so do the book separately. i still have 50 free prints to use plus they have 50 prints for .01, i just wish you could stack codes or they had free shipping with it.

Paid $5.32 or something got my 50 free prints and a daily planner for free and paid only for shipping. Since I had an existing balance in my Paypal account from doing surveys, this was “free” for me!
