These have been on clearance at both my local Walmarts for the last month for $5.00 too.

  2. Amy

Collin… You just WANT me to head back to Target today, huh? 😉

  3. brenda

I’m confused by these. Are they just dispensers or do they also contain detergent.

  4. kristen

Does anyone know how these compare to using regular detergent? Are you getting as many washes?

    • Carolyn

…..and how well do they clean? I too am curious if they’re worth the trip.

      • Flipfloppingmamma

i don’t understand how they even work. I looked at them in the store (when they were $10) and couldnt’ figure them out. Help! ha

I got these at my Walmart. They were on clearance for $3!! SO FREE FOR ME! I didn’t quite understand them at the time either, but I figured for FREE I would figure it out. It’s actually simple. You open up the package and place the “system” on your top rack of the dishwasher and everytime you run it, it pops out detergent for that load. You have 12 loads per package. We have used it and LOVE IT. It’s nice not to have to worry about putting in any dishwasher detergent. It cleans well for us too. There is a little silver ball on top that shows you how many you have left, so when it’s done you can take it out. It’s very convenient. I would never pay the regular almost $10 on these for 12 washes, but for free or almost free it’s worth it.

I just bought mine this am but they get 12 washes per refill. The picture on the package looks like you clip it on the side of the rack and there is a little dial that moves as you use the detergent. There’s 12 slots on it that have soap in them. I had 3 coupons but only bought one because I’m not too sure about how well they’re going to work.

  6. Monica

Ok, so I was very curious about this product too and checked it on the Finish website. You can get 12 washes out of one. It has a counter on the product that tells you the life left. It claims amazing shine and powerful cleaning.

Price per wash for this deal = $.25

At first I thought, not a real good deal and definitely not a good price for $10. HOWEVER, I wonder if the refills are sold separate or if you have to buy a whole new system. This might change it a bit if the refills are pretty inexpensive.

    • Monica

At second look, looks like you can get refills and is super easy to use. No need to measure out dish detergent again! LOL

    • amanda

Well we have a sale going on at publix. They are 6.99 minus the 3 MQ, and then publix has a 3 store Q, so 99 cents!!! i bought a few of them, i am using one in the wash as i type;) For 6.99 i would never buy this, and even for 3 dollars possbly not worth it with only 12 washes.. the refills were two 12 ct refills for 10 bucks, its just too pricey for me, so i am just going to stock up on them for 99 cents:)

      • MichelleA

Hey Amanda I was JUST about to say the same thing about the Publix deal. 🙂 I bought one yest. for .99 as well, going to try it out asap and see how it works. Hope it works well, comes out to 0.08/per wash so its worth a shot!

  7. Lisa

I bought one a couple of weeks ago when I had a high value coupon. It did not work so well for me. I thought the first time I just loaded everthing incorrectly, but i went by the directions and again only halfway clean dishes. Anyone else have the same experience?

    • Erin

I did! These are really cool, and I loved the idea of being able to not worry about adding the detergent, BUT….and that’s a very BIG BUT…I will not purchase them again…..won’t even use them if they were free. They don’t always advance, which means you run a whole load without soap…and I had a cup on the 2nd rack right under the dispenser, not blocking it, and without me knowing it the soap leaked out and dried on the cup. Needless to say when I went to use the cup I got a mouth full of soap. Sick. So, I like the concept, but I would rather use the old stuff! 🙂

They have this at Publix for $6.99 followed with a Publiz Store Coupon from 3/21 ss $3 off combine this with a Man. $3 off will make this .99 worth trying out, I saw all of this on iheartpublix.com

  9. Angel

Just saw this has already been posted! Sry

I just went to my local Target (in Texas) and they had their huggies and pampers diapers and pull ups (easy ups for pampers) on clearance as well… Most were marked down by AT LEAST $2… good time to use those $3 off huggies coupons, the smaller packs were marked down to less then $7.50 (I think it was like $7.25, I don’t remember b/c I got the bigger pack).

  11. Jenni

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe these are are sale 50% off this coming week at Rite Aid. I’m not sure how much they sell for there regularly, but that deal might be comparable to the Target sale price.

  12. beth f

we hate it. got two for near free at harris teeter a few weeks back. my dishes STINK like chemicals when finished cleaning. tried all the different cycles. i haven’t even opened the second package, gonna give it away probably. we dont like it at all. at it didn’t cleant he “tough stuff”

    not worth it!!

  13. Craig

Wait! cant this be a real $MM with the MIR if we haven’t done it yet? Collin posted it here awhile back. I printed it off along with qs back then hoping this would go on sale or something. Hmmmmnnn.

  14. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You know ~ how do all of these premeasured detergents take into account for softened water. You are suppose to use less soap for softened water! Just a thought

  15. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I just went and was even able to use the dishwasher target coupon along with it. It made it only $1.99.Yay

  16. mary

can people write their locations for walmart and target. in the oc, it looks like still $10

  17. stephanie

i checked my Target last night and they were back up to 10! better luck next time!!! <-Jacksonville, Nc

  18. Shelly

As soon as I read this post yesterday, I headed to my Target to snap up this deal! The display showed them at $9.47 so I checked the price on the self-scanner, it was indeed $5.99! I am looking forward to trying it. My hubby thought it looked strange, we’ll see how it works! –Shelly

  19. kat

I live in Toledo, OH and I checked the price today and it was still $9.47. Being a novice coupon shopper, I didn’t price check it at the scanner 🙁 I then came home and looked up the Target ad on-line and didn’t see it advertised. Could it be possible that there are different Target ads for different regions?

  20. Eve

Went to my local Target in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and it was $5.99. I haven’t try it yet. My husband also thought it looked strange also.

  21. LB

My regular target had it normal price, but another target (10 miles away) had it $5.99! Target is a mystery!’
