I filled out my info, hit submit and then lost the connection.
When I click on the coupon, I get an error page:
The webpage “bit.ly” cannot be found
DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found. The link may be broken.
I hope mine comes – When I hit submit it took a while and then went to the Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage page. 🙁 I tried it twice, so hopefully it still went thru! Thanks!

I finally got it to go thru as well from my home computer! I also went directly to the smartsource site with no linking, not sure if that made a difference or not?!
I kept trying & it wouldn’t work in i.e. but i just kept trying & it finally pulled up the form. I filled it out & hit submit said my sample would sample should arrive in 8 weeks. Just for note it didn’t work for me at all in firefox, only worked in internet explorer.
I got the errors, too. Try going directly to the bit.ly address in a new browser window. Worked for me.
