WOW!!! I sooo wish I had a Rite Aid!!

  • Monica says:

I’m gonna do this deal. Thanks!

  • Missy says:

I think I’m going to swap out 2 of the sheer infusion lotions for 2 Jergens Naturals Glow. I’ll just make about $4.75 instead! :) Thanks, Collin!

    • Tara says:

I was thinking the same thing! Jergens Natual Glow is 8.99 at my Rite Aid. So after coupons it will be 10.50 for 1 Coppertone, 1 Vasoline, and 2 Jergens. If it goes off the total before coupons, I will qualify for the $10 card making it only .50 plus tax for the skin care :)

  • Monica says:

” Rebate based on actual price paid (after any & all coupons are used).”

    – I don’t understand that. I’ve only shopped at Rite Aid twice (I’ve never participated in their rebates before)..but that makes it sound like the $50 is AFTER all rite aid and manf. coupons.

I’m gonna assume she’s right..because, well obviously she knows her stuff. But I’m just checking.

    • Kari says:

Ah…I see that now……..I had to read the rebate a couple of times…but it does say that…

    • crystalj says:

I think you are right. It does say after any and all coupons. The way I read it is after you use all your coupons and discounts the total has to reach $50.

      • Jane says:

Just wanted to mention that I’ve been using Rite Aid’s SCR program for years and their rebates almost always say that you have to buy $X amount after any and all coupons. However, I’ve yet to enter a receipt where their system did not give me full credit for the Rite Aid price BEFORE all of the coupons were deducted. So, yes, this deal should work just like it was posted. :)

        • Erika says:

Just to let you know- I did the skin care deal as posted and my SCR is on the way! It worked on the total BEFORE coupons or discounts! Yay!

    • Keri says:

No it clearly states on the rebate that is is based ont he actual price that you paid after the coupons. I noticed that after I went and did the deal so even though my total before coupons was $50 I will only get a $10 gift card. I’m a little disappointed but oh well!

    • Betty says:

Did this deal already and it is based on the purchase price BEFORE coupons:-) I have done a number of SCR’s that have said after coupons but they have always come up BEFORE coupons… so, the deal will work. The Aveeno mm hip2save has listed is even better.

  • Mel says:

Does anyone know if you can double dip SCRs? Nivea Men’s has a $5 rebate itself, and Nivea is included in this big one!

    • Amber P says:

You can double dip SCRs. If you purchase the Nivea for Men body washes, using the $3 Qs that expire tomorrow, you may be able to have it count toward both rebates. Rebate #100 says any variety Nivea for Men, so it should work. Rebate #555 says “any Nivea skin care product”, so the question is: is body wash a skin care product, or are they referring to their mosturizers and lotions. My guess would be that it would work, because the SCRs are usually pretty inclusive, but I can’t gurantee it.

Does anyone else have an opinion?

      • Mel says:

Amber, thanks! I just picked up a SCR flyer and it features both aveeno and Dove “body washes” so I am assuming Nivea will work. I went with the q10 products though, because I had a coupon, my husband needed shave stuff and it got me to the $15. (However, my 3 yr old came with me and any savings I “earned” went directly back to RiteAid via a ball- BUT this ball has occupied her for hours today, so I guess worth it!)

    • Ashley C. says:

I just checked my rebate status and it worked! I got 3 bottles of Nivea after shave lotion, 1 can of Nivea shave cream, 1 bottle of Vaseline Infusion lotion, and 1 bottle of Coppertone sunblock. I got the total to a few bucks over $25 but used some coupons to bring it down to $16.44 before tax! Then I get the $10 RA gift card + $5.00 bonus RA gift card for using wellness card and I got the $5 Nivea rebate!

My husband has such sensitive skin that he can only use the NIVEA after-shave balm/lotion! Thanks so much Collin!!! Those bottles of Nivea after shave lotion cost at least $6.00 a bottle. I made money and got 3 of them plus a lot more stuff!

  • [...] out the rest of the Rite Aid weekly deals here and [...]

  • wendy says:

since the spend $25 to get $10 and the spend $50 to get $25 are listed as seperate rebates can you claim both? We go through a ton of sunblock and lotions around here.

  • Amber P says:

In Transaction #1 you won’t be able to use the Copportone $2 in ad Q and the $3 VV Q – You can only use 1 RA coupon per item. Even though they are different coupons (and have different #s), you can still only use one. The coupon polciy isn’t explicit about this, but I’ve never had luck using more than one RA coupon on a signle item at the stores I have shopped at (which are very coupon friendly). So, this is a YMMV situation. But, it would still be a nice money maker even without the second RA copportone Q. :)

  • Amber P says:

O.k., I know I’ve made 2 other comments in this post, but here’s 1 more…Olay Regenerist products are also part of the skin care rebate and with the $20 rebate here: http://www.olay.com/Club_Olay/april2010/images/Cross_Brand_Form_Bonus_Extended.pdf you could probably make some money purchasing Olay products! I don’t know prices, so I can’t work out a deal scenario, but between the 2 rebates, it’s gonna be a *HOT* deal!

  • CHERYL says:

Your 2 transactions total $23.93 after using coupons— and the rebate clearly states the gift card will be based on actual price paid after any & all coupons are used – so your total paid is not even $25.00 so won’t qualify for $10 gift card, right?? You have to spend 25 oop to qualify for the #555 & #655. Was that an oversight on your part…or will it really work? HELP!

    • Melody says:

Cheryl – I know it does say that in the fine print, it can be kind of misleading. I have seen a few of their larger rebates say this as well, but have NEVER had a problem using coupons to get under the required total and still getting my rebate. Of course, this one may turn out to be different, but I have never seen them enforce this.

  • chris says:

When I print the Video Value coupons, I can print more than one copy of same coupon. Will Rite Aid allow this, or will their register know that I have used one already?

  • heidi says:

I had an email from rite aid wellness and in it was a coupon for 1.00 off any cosmetics purchase of $10.00 or more. good until 6/19/10 It says not valid if duplicated. I am assuming that they control that by the number at the bottom of the coupon.

I have used more than one video value coupon – I have printed more than one of those and used them in the same transaction.

  • Dana says:

on your first transaction you can only use 2 coupons on the coppertone you cant use 3 coupons,, you can us 1 rite aid video and 1 manufacture only

    • Ana Mata says:

I believe u can because one in an in ad Q one is a manu Q and one is a rite ad q.

      • Brea says:

I was thinking the same thing about the Coppertone Q’s. I’ve always been told 1 Rite Aid Q & 1 Manufacturer’s Q. The VV & In-ad are Rite Aid Q’s and you can use either the $3 VV or the $2 In-ad, not both. Am I missing something?

        • Tara says:

Last time I tried to use an In ad and a Video Values the cashier said I could only use one. I’ve had no trouble using an In ad and a Manufacturers or a Video Values and a Manufacturers. I was told I can only use one Rite Aid and one Manufacturers per item.

    • Jo says:

My store always lets me use an in-ad and VV and MFQ on the one item, but they are very coupon friendly. They will even let me buy multiple of a product with and in ad Q and use one for each product in the same transaction. I love my RA store!

  • Tara says:

Does anyone know if Keri Lotion could be included in this deal?

  • Christa K. says:

The prices at my RiteAid were a bit higher (ex. sunscreen was 10.49 & up, not 8.99). Still came out to a good deal but not a moneymaker.

  • [...] Daily Moisturizing Lotion (8 oz., 12 oz. and 18 oz. sizes only) This coupon will go great with the Rite Aid skin care rebate! Save $3 on Any Nature Made SAM-e Complete [...]

  • Judy says:

My prices at my Rite Aid were higher too. Again still a great deal. I ended up after the rebates paying around 5-6 dollars out of pocket for 5 sunscreens and 6 lotions. Can’t beat that deal.

  • Jim says:

My June Video Coupon for Coppertone is $1.. and prints as $1. (not $3)
Shouldn’t all these be the same? Anyone else get the $1 video coupon??
