…So I snagged 5 items for $42.95 + $7 shipping… and after the 20% cash back from Ebates, I will have spent just $34.36 + shipping! That’s not bad for 5 items shipped right to my door from the GAP! In fact, that’s less than the retail cost of the linen pleated pants I purchased!
Collin, I love your website. However, 40% off plus an additional 20% off does NOT equal up to 60% off!!! If I were to purchase $100 of clothing, I would get the 40% off, which would make it $60, then the additional 20% off of the $60 would be an additional $12 cash back. So, $100 worth of clothing for $60-$12, which is $48, or a total of 52% off, not ever $60. Sad to say, but true. You can’t add up the percentages off. I figured you needed a math geek to tell you, for next time!

You all don’t have to get so defensive whenever someone says something about what Collin has posted. We all love Collin, but she is not perfect. Megan is correct (another math major here) and it’s important for Collin’s followers to understand what they are really getting in a deal. I’m sure Collin doesn’t get near as offended by some of the comments as some of those who literally worship her do. Collin is human, just like the rest of us.

Just wondering….if you need to return it, are you able to do that in store for free? Like with Coldwater Creek, if it doesn’t work out, I always run it into the mall for a quick, easy, and FREE return. Anyone know?

The store deals were better for us too – last Saturday our Gap store had shorts for my son in slim sizes on markdown and 25% clearance items. We scored 5 pair for just over $50.00 after tax and no shipping. The best priced shorts on markdown on the website for his special size is $17.99
Deals in the store are way better. 40% off all sale.
