I had the same problem and did an online chat and they gave me a credit also. I had to start over, but it was really fast. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to checkout they gave me a credit for free shipping. Great customer service at Kodak!

I also had a problem with not getting it free. I called customer service rather than doing live chat. The rep said there was a problem with the link on the promo page and other people were having the same problem. He immediately credited me for $10.04 (the extra 5 cents was for the tax). We just got back from Disney World a couple of weeks ago, so I’m thrilled to start making photo books from our vacation pictures.

You guys were freaking me out. Had to go and double check and mine went through just fine with no live chat. 1.99 flat. Made a nice little book for my daughter of our dog we had to put down two weeks ago. It turned out really nice, looking forward to getting it. Sounds like shipping is faster than they say. Yay
