  3. Tiffany

Before you all get your hopes up…I went to Target and THE ONLY Dora DVD that was $5 was Pirate Adventure. Hopefully you will have better luck.

    • Rachelle R

My target also has Dora Saves the Day for $5

    • Jen

We love the Pirate Adventure! One of my girls’ favorites!

    • Susie

I had the same issue at my target, they only had the Pirate Dora movie and I found no wow wow wubbzy movies at all! Bummer

  4. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

just in time for my dd’s birthday 🙂 thanks collin!!

  5. Brianna

And so the Christmas present buying has started… lol

  6. Olivia Smith

Thanks, these will be PERFECT for my nieces for Christmas!! 🙂

    • Olivia Smith

Well, I guess it was fixed. I drove to work and it is now Target.com 🙂

  7. Tara

My little girl loves Dora and Wubbzy, and in the past when I looked for the Wubbzy DVD to use with the coupon they only had the $8 and up DVDs and the only Dora one I could find for $5 was the pirate one.

  8. Aimee

First Juice still has the $3 mail in rebate for any Wubbzy DVD when you purchase 2 bottles of the juice. (it can be the 8oz or 32oz bottles) it ends on 12/31/10 as long as you can find the bottles with the little Wubbzy on them.
http://www.firstjuice.com it’s a little icon on the right.

Thanks!! My gift closet was a little empty! Time to fill it back up. I will be going to target tomorrow for the playdough, dora dvd & wubbzy!

  10. danielle

I used this Wednesday on Dora Saves the Day..no issue..coupon went through…going this weekend to try to get another one to put away for christmas.

  11. Jessica

With this, the play-do deal, and all the target clearance toys, i am pretty much done for Christmas! Thank you!!

  12. Karissa

If you received the Target back to school mailer recently, there is a $5 off $15 Dora purchase coupon inside. You can use the coupon along with 3 $3 off Dora DVD coupons to get 3 Dora DVD’s for $1 each! I just did it this morning with NO problems! I did hand the cashier the $5/15 coupon first. Also, our Target had Dora Saves the Day and Dora’s Pirate Adventure in stock as the $5 DVD’s. Good luck!

    • Karissa

Whoops! The coupon from the mailer was $3 off a $15 Dora purchase. If you purchase 3 DVD’s at $5 each, use the $3/15 coupon and three $3/1 coupons, you spend $3 TOTAL for 3 DVD’s — $1 each!

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

My Target also only had the Pirate Adventure in the regular movie section. It had Dora Saves the Day on an end cap by the register. However, be aware that this DVD only has 2 episodes on it instead of 4 like most Dora DVDs.

Please, please, please check your sources before publishing deals. I made a special trip to Target with my 2 year old to get the Wubbzy DVD’s only to find out that they don’t carry a single Wubbzy DVD let alone ones at $5.

    • Jennifer

As in most deals, this is going to vary by store. You could always call ahead to find out if the store you are going to carries the specific item you are wanting to purchase. HTH

I agree. I was very disappointed with the Play Doh deal posted a few days ago. The coupon was not correct, and was not $5 for everyone. I now have a stupid $2 Q that not only did not allow me to change my printer settings, but printed out a huge ad. I could have printed 15 coupons with the ink I wasted. I also asked for clarification on how we could determine if a deal would work across the board (as in everyone was getting the Q) or if the Q value varied, or if you won the Q or what. No answer.

      • SB

Something to keep in mind is that this site is free – you are not paying for this information. Not every deal is going to work perfect everytime, and of course, every store varies it’s stock. It’s up to you to do some leg work on your part too, sometimes, to make sure these deals are going to work at your store. About the play doh deal – When I printed the Q it was no longer the ice cream shop either, but that was no fault of Collins’ – The manufacturer can change thier Q, take it away, etc whenever they want. And as far as your question, there are alot of helpful people that share thier wisdom on this site, but there is no team of people responsible for answering every question. I’m an experienced couponer and I’m not sure what you were really asking, that may be reason your question didn’t get answered. But if I am understanding your question at all, there is no way to know if a coupon deal is going to work for everyone – YMMV (you mileage my vary) applies to everyone and many deals out there. and no one but the manufacturer of a coupon knows the details of how the coupon is going to be issued, if it changes, etc.

Im disappointed at some of the things people post on this website! Collin spends alot of time on this for all of us to get awesome deals. Yes, The play doh deal and the dvd deal didnt work out for me last night, but who cares! Instead of posting something negative why dont you just post what area your in so maybe you can save someone else a trip to that store. I will be driving to another Target today to see if I can get the deals that were not at the other store. Dont forget Collin saved a lot of use a ton of money by posting the Target clearance deals last week. Maybe we should all use this opportunity to thank her for all her hard work and time!

Thanks Collin, I am a working mom of 2 boys and it is hard for me to keep up with all the sales and coupons, but with your help I can score some pretty awesome deals!! Thanks Again:

  15. Lizzie

I just got back from the Target by my office and was able to snag Dora’s Pirate Adventure but no Wubbzy 🙁 I’m gonna check the Target by my house and see if I can snag another deal… Either Wubbzy or Dora. Makes for great birthday or Christmas presents. I’ve been able to get 4 birthday presents for my step son and neice for under $10 thanks to Target deals. Very exciting! Hope everyone has good luck!

And Kristen their sources are correct, every store is different though.

  16. Ana

Look for wow wow wubbzy a tale of tails

  17. Charmaine

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got my DVD’s with no problems… worked like a charm. Kids are watching one right now 🙂 You are the best Collin! Keep the deals coming!

  18. alaina

Keep your target receipts with any Wubzy DVD purchase and look for specially marked JOY ice cream cones. You can send in the receipts and UPCs with $2.00 and get 3 Wubzy books valued at $12.95.

  19. Mary

I just bought 2 Dora movies for my daughter and my niece for $2.00 each. Thanks!

  20. Joanie

I called my local Super Target and was told they did not have any Dora DVDs for $5. We decided to check ourselves and found both of the Dora DVDs for $5. So we got them both with coupons for just $2 each! Thanks Collin!! And thanks to the people that commented because I knew which titles to look for. The Pirate Dora one was in the wrong spot so I would not have noticed it otherwise. No Wubbzy for $5, but she loves Dora the best anyway.

  21. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Got two Dora Saves the Day at the endcap – couldnt find Pirate Adventure or any other Dora dvds for $5. Also my store had no Wubby DVDs. Still happy about the 2 dvds I got though – great to keep on hand for bday or Christmas! Thanks Collin!!

  22. Michelle

My Target in Beavercreek, OH did not have any Dora or Wubbzy DVDs for $5. All of the DVDs were $9.99 or above. I checked online, and there were none for $5. Glad it is working for some of you! It’s a really great deal! If anyone in the Dayton, OH area has found them, please put a post up! Thanks!
