Where do you find these coupon booklets? I never see them at my Walgreens. Do I have to ask them for one? Also, I never see/ hear anything about the Register Rewards for Walgreens, except here. How do I sign up? THANKS!

    • Mrs.Hall

I find my monthly coupon booklets up at the front of the store as I walk in. Theres a display rack with the weekly ads stacked on them..and the coupon booklet is right next to them on the same rack. HTH! 🙂

Also..I’m not too sure about the Register Rewards other then you can look at the weekly ad and there will be RR deals in there as well as on shelves when you visit. Someone else would def be able to fill you in on the RR’s lol.

      • Natalie

And they are free, right? Thanks!

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

the stores dont always have the rr stuff marked and unless its in the ad they say they cant tell if theres 1 or not i tried 2 get the carmex chapstick but manger didnt know if there was a rr or not so i saved my q

        • Mrs.Hall

What do you do when your store considers these as manufacturer’s coupons? Vancouver, Washington, joined the Seattle, WA district (or so they say) and say that the regional director says these are manufacturer’s coupons and you can’t use them with another manu coupon. The system beeps and everything! I even tried to hand my manu q’s first and the lady said, “Oh, I’ve got a better one for you – in our book, there’s a better manu q you can use.” SIGH!!! What should I do? I’ve stopped checking these deals out much because I get annoyed that these are really not manu q’s and are treated as such.

    • Shelly

Honestly, I don’t know if it would do any good, but I would call corporate office and complain about this store. This is wrong! Next time you are in there ask them: Can I use these at CVS? Walmart? NO! Because they are Walgreens only coupons not manufacturers!

I saw galde candles on clearance there the other day. I see a bunch of free candles in my future:)

      pair Wags Q with 8/22 SS Q = overage!

The coupons that come out of the “Less Coupons Book” are SO NOT manufactures coupons. To begin with MC’s have the double bar code. I would def contact Corp. with that. That can’t be legal. And as Shelly said before if it was a MC then you’d be able to use them at other stores, and im damn sure you can’t.

It is only a manufacturer coupon if there is an address for the coupon to be mailed into (ie Proctor & Gamble PO BOX blah blah). We call the coupon book the Instant Value Coupon book. As a manager at Walgreens, you can most certainly use both. Sometimes there are glitches in the system which make the register beep… just have a manager price modify the item. Please go to cosmetics or photo when you have a lot of coupons. These registers have more time to handle any glitches that might come up without holding up a line up front 🙂
