I think that fine print says “$3 in coupons”. Since they are still giving away $1.50 coupons, you might get two of those with your sample. Totally guessing.
(The last I tried — when I tried to sign my friend up (who has no time to look for coupons) — it said “no longer available”.)

This was supposed to be for Gold members only. It expired so fast because people signed up who shouldn’t have even known about the link.
Unfortunately that goes for a good majority of the samples out there – they are meant for a particular group but with all the social media out there, it gets leaked quickly, which is why they often run out way before planned.
Not true. Go back and read it agan. It clearly states that the sample is for those who have an account (“sign in to your Starbucks account”) OR if you don’t have an account then you can “create a new one in two easy steps”. Starbucks doesn’t care who knows about the link. LOL! If they wanted to keep this deal private, they would have simply sent YOU and every other Gold member this particular sample directly through the mail. They’re in the business of reeling in NEW consumers and making money. The more people who sign up for their site and try the sample, the better – for them. Everyone who signed up for this sample deserves to get one. Sounds to me like you just weren’t quick enough and now you’re mad. Next time – be faster.
