Huh – Mine froze up a couple times and when it finally went through I was told they were out. But today I got an email confirming that my sample was on it’s way and that I’d also be getting my 1st free All You issue (one of the times I submitted I clicked to try 2 issues of All You for free). So maybe some people DID get it who think they missed out?

i emailed Bissell’s customer service. apparently, they only sell the all in one tool at wal-mart.
