I called the #800 listed on the online form. The gentleman said that although it wasn’t stated “one per household” on the form, that they will only allow one per household. BUMMER!!!
Also, I just received my online order from Walmart (sent FEDEX) and the box inside was crushed – contents falling out, etc. TERRIBLE!! So much for giving it as a gift!

Same here. I ordered two kits, each separately, and they were each placed in plastic bags with shipping labels, and crushed with contents falling out. Completely not giftable… as even the products look un-new with scrapes and such from such poor packaging. This is not the shipping company’s fault at all. It’s Walmarts! They should never have shipped these in plastic bags like that.
Also, since the cards did not say “one per household” and even states that you can enter the codes for each promo card, I sent in both cards, but in separate envelopes with each separate receipt (that’s why I bought them separately). If the cards do not say one per household, then they have to complete the rebate per their listed terms to the consumer, or else it is fraud. If they don’t complete mine, I will report them to the Atty Gen. Conusmer Protection Division. I am not greedy and only did two different Olay kits. I mean, It’s not like I am trying to scam them for hundreds of purchases for free!
I already reported them to the BBB, and consumer reports because I also bought more than one and already sent them in because it does NOT say limit 1 per household…….and then I called the number and they told me over the phone and said it is 1 per household…….and I complained to them that I wish I had known that or I wouldn’t have bought the items.
mine from walmart.com was crushed as well..but the products are fine and I was planning on putting them in my own gift bags I’m making, so no biggie, but ya they should have shipped it better!

I was wondering to get the refund do you have to have the original receipt or can you have a copy? the form says a copy of the valid receipt. I bought 5 for gifts all on one receipt.
I just called the number and the person I spoke to said if I bought 3 and wanted to get 1 subscription and 2 rebates that would work just fine. Each card wih the code is good for a sub/rebate. So based off of what I was just told. You should be able to do as many rebates as you have cards for 🙂 I will be sending mine off today!
I got mine today! Here is what i did:
I bought the olay gift pack for $10.oo, but they were OUT of the trial size secret…argh!!!
I also was buying Venus razor blades (4 for $12.97). I had a $2.00 off coupon for venus refills, and a Buy any venus razor cartridge get any secret clinical FREE. The secret clinical was $7.97. So, that counted as the secret purchase required for the $5.00 off coupon for the OLAY.
I ended up getting a free secret clinical, and the olay gift pack, for $5.00, and I am submitting the refund, so I will make $5.00. Woo hoo!!
I bought the olay/venus gift pack and used my coupon from 11/28 P&G, buy any one body wash and get a lotion free. So I got the lotion free, and I also bought the trial size secret and used my $5.00 off coupon and got another body wash. I also used a 1.00 off coupon for any olay product. So,I walked out with my gift pack and an extra lotion and body wash, and deodrant for 11.18. I would love to buy a couple more for gifts.

I was able to get a gift basket with body wash, lotion, slippers and a candle on sale for $5, used a $2 coupon to bring it down to $3 and it included the Allure bonus!
