Walmart: FREE Febreze Home Collection Candle (After Rebate)

Remember the Walmart Allure magazine rebate offer that made for quite a few FREE gift packs?! Well, now Febreze is offering up the same type of Magazine Rebate offer! You can check out all the details here. Basically you’ll just need to head to Walmart and look for rebate hang tags on select Febreze Home Collection products (shown in the picture above). When you get home, go here and you will have the option to opt not to get a magazine subscription and instead get a $12 refund! You will see all the details on how to submit for your refund in the bottom part of the fine print. This offer is valid through 1/31/2011.

Deal Scenario:
Buy one Febreze Home Collection candle $12.97
Use the $2/1 coupon found in the 11/28 PG
Pay $10.97
And then submit for the $12 rebate
Final cost FREE +  moneymaker!

      I checked our’s tonight too and didn’t see any with rebates. They did have the body wash gift packs with the Allure offer, so I’m hoping they’ll get these in too and I was just too quick – I’m sure I’ll be back at least once more before Christmas Eve.

    Is this rebate only for the candles or can you use it on any Febreeze products like the plug-ins?

      The offer is available on select wood wick candles, flameless luminaries, and wood no-spill difusers. You just have to find the stickers or hang tags on the products.

    I just called and the woman told me that I could be eligible for 1 per year. Since the febreeze candle rebate expires Jan 31st, I am doing both the winter indulgence pack before the end of this year and the febreeze candle for the beginning of next year.

    This is my first time trying to do this..i bought three at one time..can you do this many and do you have to print out all the info and mail it all in three times…i have no idea what i am doing, i went to the website do you have to fill in all the info if your not getting the magazines?? someone please help

    If you read the fine print about a rebate, it doesn’t say anything about having to have the code from the package….only the receipt. My package has a code on it (some had them at the store, some did not), but I’m thinking it will work with any of the home collection luminary starter kits, regardless of whether they have the magazine subscription label on it or not….thoughts?

    If I want the refund, do I fill out the form on the web page and choose “no thanks” for the magazine and then print out and fill out the bottom portion? Or do I just print it out and fill out the bottom portion? Then what do I do with my code? To send in for the refund it doesn’t say anything about using the code.

      I filled out the form and chose “No Thanks” and then printed out the form and sent it in with a copy of my receipt. I called customer service and was told that is the proper way to do it in order to get your refund. They put your name as a “default magazine” until they receive your mail-in refund request. Please note that you must send it in within 30 days of your purchase.

    I chose the Allure magazine for the Olay offer. I chose the $12.00 rebate for the Fabreze candle. I did not receive my April issue of Allure. I called Allure customer service to report not receiving my April issue. They said P&G notified them to cancel my subscription and to give me a rebate for the remainder of my subscription. They said they did not receive my Fabreze offer. The wires had to have gotten crossed somewhere and instead of giving me a rebate for the Fabreze; they gave me a rebate for the remainder of my Allure subscrition on the Olay offer. I got nothing for the Fabreze offer. Customer Service told me there was nothing they could do. It seems to me there should be someone who should correct the error that was made. Does anyone know what I can do?
